A PLACE TO LEARN THE BASICS OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT – BY WOMEN FOR WOMEN

A few weeks back I was speaking to a group of high school students about my career(s). This was a fun opportunity to teach a little of Robert Kiyosaki’s Cash Flow Quadrant and to discuss a couple of topics such as the DOW Jones Industrial Average and mutual funds.  It was clear to me, and to them, that this was their first introduction to these topics.  I was grateful for the opportunity to get them started on a financial management education, but I know most schools don’t teach the things we need to know.  So…where did you learn about how money works?  Please post and share!
